Beyond One Hit Wonders::

I have spied this creative remix of a favorite 80's masterpiece scrambled up by a Turkish delight known as Radio Killer. Probably not in association with the Romanian group by the same name, this artist has really made his way through the song with more intensity, pop, and emotive elements. The Haddaway song is already a crowd pleaser, I'm sure hands will touch the air whenever the DJ will press this track.

Southern Fried French Fry::

Yelle mingles her delicate melodies with Crookers knick-knack-paddy-whack electronacity in this new track, Cooler Couleur, translating to Cooler Color. As this is already an ear-pleasing number, I do look forward to the remixes...So all you Reagitators of Sound, do a good job!

Apocalypse Unveiling::

Elite Force has banded with movie composer Klaus Badelt, famed for scoring Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, to produce the soundtrack for the upcoming video game Motorstorm Apocalypse. They feature intense tech-funk-style music with echoes of a filmic atmosphere. It's an ideal match for the rough-and-tumble game, and it's an ideal track to amplify your adrenaline while you go 105mph on the freeway because your wifey is in labor. Watch out for the pothole just before exit 11.

Yelle When You Want To::

France is popular for champagne, crêpes and now, Yelle. This blossoming fleur-de-lis has premiered her new album, Safari Disco Club, this week. I have blue-ribboned two remixes of songs from the album. It's not a good idea to be selfish, so I will share my picks.

Soar Thru This Space Junk::

Overwork has released this Wolfgang Gartner remix with much emphasis. Though it starts marshmellow, it concludes as a s'more. The build-ups are tracked in the ace spots, the synths are sinful and there's a sample of a crowd-pleasing tune somewhere in there. Find it.

My Prototype Feelings::

With an amalgamation of house and drum & bass, The Prototypes have remixed My Feelings For You with a passionate punchy poise. The track's elements are instantly appealing to get you into a mood of letting go of your inhibitions and showing off your new dance steps you've secretly been learning at home, on YouTube.

Thin & Squared, Hard & Shiny::

Here's an original track from the artist presently known as Paper Diamond. Alternatively known as Alex B, this Color-Red state local brandishes much talent with his hands and ears. Seems much of his tracks have hip hop influence to affix to the electronic foundation. With or without vocals, his tracks produce a riot of arm-flairing and feet soaring in crowded venues, and no bouncer is able to handle giving in to join in on the beatific merrymaking.

Half & Half::

Tiesto & Hardwell know how to team up and produce a thrilling new track called Zero 76. This progressive-house original mix features highlighting synths and thumping beats. Before you leave your house, be sure to make reservations with an ambulance because hearing Zero 76 in the club is going to be a heart-stopper.

Controls The Ear::

Robot Dance Records has establish a relatively new artist in Controls. We Are Here is a popular and noticeable track that satisfies your electro-house senses. The synth beats at the beginning lures you into the piece, then a sudden shiver runs down your body to break into a dance robot.

Stop, Hey::

When a friend requests you to "check out this track", do you first listen to the original or start out with the remix? Which ever you start with, the latter will usually sound way different. Sometimes one will be better-sounding than its counterpart. Sunday Girl's Stop Hey is a euphoric track, but Rusko's remix of the same song sounds euphoric also. So which would you start out with?
